Hi there, I thought you may want to know. I have been ordering from ASDA since March 2012. At the beginning it was only late drivers, the missing items, mouldy vegetables or additional stuff which I didn't order. Last 3 orders products was broken and the prawns, eggs and mayonnaise leaks all over other items. cleaning took me 1 h /and what a smell/. I would not be surprise if it happen one or twice but it seems like the habit since my first complaints. Manager meant to call me but did not happen. Customer service doesn't want connect with manager or give his name. I thought maybe I am to harsh on them I am gonna give one more last go and ... The driver arrived on time, but he didn't say hello / as usually/ When I wanted to check if anything is broken he shout at me; I HAVE NO TIME FOR THIS, I DIDN'T MEANT TO DO IT !! THAN HE PUSHED THE DOOR, HE JUMPED IN TO MY HOME HE GRABBED ALL THE BAGS OF MY SHOPPING WHICH I ALREADY PUT IN TO MY PLACE AND RUN AWAY!!!! My children where frighten. THE REDELIVERY ARRIVED 9 HOURS LATER THE ITEMS WHERE BROKEN AND DIRTY AND DEFROST!!!!!!!! no one ever call me and say sorry.
