    Lathwells on Cooper Street is a brilliant local restaurant in Bideford. Its set in a chilled out and relaxed atmosphere and has some of the best locally produced fish and meat.

    Ive been eating at Lathwells (in the old maritime port) for a while now and theyve never once let me down. The food is consistently good and I am guaranteed a pleasant meal. One of the main reasons I love Lathwells though is the effort they put into sourcing their produce locally, apparently around 70% of their ingredients are from Bideford or surrounding areas, pretty impressive. In summary a totally unpretentious, local and reliable restaurant.
