This place is a real treat and the Landlady a pleasant friendly woman who not only makes a great burger but also provides a warm welcoming atmosphere making this a pleasant place to drink or eat. The beer garden at the rear is impeccable and large enough to cater for parties, BBQ and they even have regular bands and karaoke.
The Landlady herself, is a credit to the industry always having a smile and is approachable and professional as are her staff.
With the many Pubs in Bideford all fighting for custom in this difficult time, the White Hart Inn shines above the rest.
A must for anyone passing through or those that want a decent priced meal in a nice atmosphere.

this pub is a bit tucked away on the quay. they have a lovely beer garden for all you smokers. something i like about a pub is somewhere you are welcome to take dogs.they have a goos selection of food and beer and have a steak night and a curry night. at the weekends they have live music which can be a bit of a squeeze but for a good atmosphere its worth it.
The few times I've been here, I've always felt comfortable and welcome. I had to wait for my other half in here once, he was late, but I didn't feel uncomfortable waiting for him on my own here, not like you can do at other places. There is beer garden out the back, which has plenty of covered and uncovered seating, plus a heater for those chilly nights. Its tucked out the way, but its a really nice pub. They serve food aswell and have kakaoke at the weekend.
This pub, although slightly hidden away, has a very nice atmosphere. Its a bit small on the inside, but has a lovely big beer garden out the back for all you smokers or sunbathers.A very dog friendly pub, with a lot of lovely local people to chat to. They do serve food, but haven't tried it yet. Another venue for good music and karaoke, if thats your cup of tea.
