Clean friendly and professional
Had an afternoon cream tea here before setting off home. The staff were good and the inside decor clean and tidy (although I thought the three alcove type things they had along one wall were too narrow. Would have been better having just 2)
Cream tea was delicious and very reasonably priced and the view onto the river very relaxing. Really enjoyed it! Will visit next time I'm in town.

This is a pub for all you people watchers, as there tables placed out the front of the pub during the day and early evening, so you can happily sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Bideford life.(shame it doesn't get any sun though).they serve food and breakfasts, the beer is slightly on the expensive side, and it can get very busy at the weekends.
