Empty Shops in Mill Street Bideford - Is this the Credit Crunch?

  It's not particularly encouraging to see that two years later some of these units are still empty. In some cases they've had a steady stream of tenant businesses - all of which have failed.
  
  Of those that have been filled, it hasn't been by commercial enterprises. As valuable as the services Pathfinder provides are, for example, they hardly make Mill Street a more vibrant place.
