The shop it's self has every thing you need for your pets. I went in with my elderly mother only to find the staff really rude as my mother asked how their card stamping worked for money off..and the woman just laughed in her face and looked at her like is was stupid!! so i rather drive to barnstaple where my family are not insulted. So this shop is kind of a place if your face fits your ok and they wont be rude to you and stand talking among them selfs while you stand growing cobwebs waitting to pay!!!!!!!

this was always a good little pet shop.but since its refurbishment its even better. they have a good selection of food and treats for your animals, and if they dont have it they are willing to order for you.they also sell a variety of small pets which can keep the kids happy. outside they have a notice board with aselection of animal related products. staff our friendly also.

my kids love going in this shop on a saturday morning. The staff are knowlegable and the premises look as though they have recently been done up as everything looks lovely and clean and well decorated.
If they haven't got what you want, they will order it in for you.

Pet Heaven
This is the pet store that really does have it all. Nicely re done up and its so easy to find stuff now a great lay out well done. Having just acquirred a puppy who needs many things i am yet to find anyting that this store hasn;t been able to sell me !
The staff particularly Lorna are very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. My puppy loves visting the store as he is allowed in and there are great smells to be found, Customer service and great value well done .By barbersgirl at 05:24 on 07/04/10
