I visited the supermarket in Fremington again today and what did I see?

The wall at the front has been rammed right in, making the front of the building look quite unstable.

I wrote an article last month about this particular supermarket car park and it seems that yet another oldie has taken it upon himself to consider he can still drive. http://qurl.com/d8b1d

Apparently an old man got in his car which was an automatic - put it in reverse thinking he was in first gear.  The car was jammed up against the pavement behind him so as far as he was concerned the car was not moving so he put his foot hard down on the accelerator, taking said car nearly through the front window of the supermarket.

It was pure chance that nobody was walking on the pavement behind the car, as they would have been severely injured.

I hope this particular oldie has learned his lesson and gets off the road.
