Udate on mystery shopper

Just a bit of feedback I have received this week.
Thomas & Sons Jewellers in Mill Street great service . Made to feel really valued as a customer.
Cleverdons forgot to bring the food! Think they lost the order!
Finally received food about half an hour later.
Somerfield staff seem to be getting a little bit more efficient and friendly, although they still have quite a way to go.
Morrisons & Asda had a great day supporting Children in Need.
Halifax bank staff wore silly hats for children in need, proving banking is not boring!
Has anybody else got any feedback.

ASDA or should i say CHAVDAS sucks......its certainly sucking the life out of mill street but then again the traders there havnet done anything to help them selves as far as i can see.
I still prefer morrisons.

ReportMy vote still goes to Bideford Post Office for excellent customer service.
I went there to collect a package at 11.30am today, there was a huge queue which the staff moved as quickly as possible. I was 'fast-tracked ' to the collection window as was anyone else clutching a card left by their postie.

Reportmorrisons cafe still a bit slow on the serving of hot food and going downhill on the quality of the hot food in the cafe. coffee always goes cold so quick!
