By A_McCormack | Thursday, December 03, 2009, 16:04
As part of the 2010/11 budget setting process,
Torridge District Council and North Devon Council are carrying out a
joint consultation event with the business community, at 6pm on the 8th
December, on our proposed budget plans.
The Torridge and North Devon Business Forum, on Tuesday 8th
December 2009, will provide useful information and an opportunity for
the business communities in Torridge and North Devon to have their
voices heard.
As well as a presentation on the councils' budgets
for the coming year, there will be presentations by the Valuation
Office Agency (Revaluation 2010), and North Devon Plus. Council officers will also be on hand to provide information and advice on any business rate issues.
The
Forum is being held at Torridge District Council's Caddsdown offices in
Bideford and starts at 6pm with a light buffet provided.
The
event is open to all business ratepayers from the districts. If you
would like to attend, please contact Torridge's Finance Department on
01237 428968.
