Because of all this bad weather we have been experiencing just lately, I have been using the bus service along the Bideford/Barnstaple route.

I was absolutely appalled to see the state of the  Barnstaple bus station this morning.  The roads areas in the bus station have all been de-iced and cleared of snow, but nothing has been done to the pavements where the passengers get off the buses.  Such concern for their customers!

How long would it take those bus drivers to take hand to shovel and clear the pavements so that the passengers do not risk falling over onto their btm's.  When they were de-icing the bus area, why could they not have also done the passenger areas?
