Be careful here - we used to have a lovely dentist here called Marco - fantastic, always explained everything he was doing and why. Then he left and now there is a VERY scary German man called Alois (I think that's his name) He is very rough and jabbed a needle into my husband's lip by mistake, and bruised his jaw by manhandling him.
