The Burton Art Gallery has some amazing exhibitions;

art, sculpture, a craft gallery and more. The Burton is also a museum where

you can find out about the history of the Bideford's ancient bridge, the

Bideford witches and now a fantastic new pottery gallery.

The Burton Art Gallery and Museum need your help to make exploring its treasures even more fun.

They are going to create 'The Burton Bag of Brilliance' which will be

available for visitors to borrow from the reception desk during school

holidays from next spring.  They want to fill the bags with things that

will help young people explore the gallery and they also need a design to go

on the front of the bag.

Design Competition:

Create a design

– If you want to be a famous designer this could be your big break!

(You can include your signature or initials in the artwork).  They are

looking for something eye-catching and fun no larger than A4.  They will add text and the Burton Art Gallery logo. What you need to create is a design which

encourages people to pick up the bag, so use your imagination!  The prize

will be to see your design produced and used by The Burton which

receives over 100,000 visitors a year

For full details of the competition visit the Burton Art Gallery and Museum Website.
