Police Appeal for Witnesses to Holsworthy Crash

Police are appealing for witnesses, following a single vehicle road traffic collision near Holsworthy.

At around 6.20pm on Monday 30th August, a single road traffic collision occurred on the A3072 at Windmill Road, near Holsworthy.

Involved in the road traffic collision was a Mercedes panel van which collided with a wall.

The male driver was the sole occupant and was air lifted to the

R D & E Hospital, Wonford, Exeter by the air ambulance and the road

was closed for a time to facilitate this.

His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
