Recommendations Sought for Elderly Respite Care Home in North Devon

My Dad has recently had a stroke and his partner who cares for him

has been offered respite care.  He lives in London but we would like

him to be able to take this respite care in North Devon.

I'd

really like some personal recommendations if anyone knows of a good,

caring home which offers respite care for EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm)

locally.

My Dad isn't completely doo-lally - he's just forgetful and has some problems with perception on one side.
