How do you like yours? Plain pork or with a bit of apple or leek? Maybe beef is more your bag. Do you fry or grill? Or maybe your sausages taste better if someone else cooks them for you ... sausage and chips from S&S van on the beach in Instow is a local treat!

Johns' of Instow (and I assume the Appledore shop) sell the most delicious sausages made from local free-range pork. They also do an ENORMOUS sausage bap for your brekkie from the same sausages which come in different flavours and sizes. I recommend the standard pork ones - nom nom!
