I bet these dresses are beautiful and just perfect for young princesses. I do find it a little odd though that we do have proms for such young children these days. I think the prom is an American idea and was originally for 18 year olds leaving High School (their version of our North Devon College). I suppose it is because our children are leaving school at 16 now. Or am I just being an old fuddy-duddy?
