Beginner Pilates Classes

Nigel Vaux of Envy Leisure is running a Pilates class for beginners on Monday's at the Bideford Blues Athletic Club from 2.30-3.30 and a class for those with some experience of Pilates from 5.00-6.00 at St. Mary's School, Chanters Road, Bideford.
