FSB Torridge 18:00 Club

The FSB Torridge branch runs an informal business networking event called the FSB Torridge 18:00 club. We meet at the Kings Arms on Bideford Quay on the 1st Tuesday of every month - the next one is on 4th January! The idea is for small local business ownwers to catch up with local committee members and pass on concerns to the full committee. It is also an excellent opportunity to meet fellow business folk and to network.

6pm - 4th January - cost nothing except to buy your own drink - will last for about an hour and a half!

Hi, thanks!

It was around May that we moved to the White Hart, mainly because they were FSB members, and it was felt by attendees it was a better location for our gatherings. I did post in most places that we had moved but forgot about here, so sorry for that!

Last night was the last one to be hosted by me, and I am stepping down from the FSB committee later this month. There may well be another committee member who will take them on, so watch the FSB website for further news.

Sorry! I clean forgot to go to the White Hart to check out the informal meeting. What with coming home from work, walking the dog and making the tea, it just slipped my mind.
However, I did go the Kings Arms after I was elected to Bideford Town Council in May. They (the licensee and bar staff) new nothing about the FSB meetings.

I have been on the FSB website. It say that you now meet at the White Hart. I will check it out tomorrow.
