    Hello- I am a 56 yr old single lady who is looking to meet new friends or join a group where u can meet up for a cuppa and a chat. Can anyone out there help point me in the right direction please?

    Have you thought about volunteering?  Charity shops are not just the realm of old ladies!

    It's not a full-time commitment and it's a great way of meeting people, either co-workers or customers.

    They also have a volunteer scheme.
