Are there enough dog poo bins in Bideford? Where would you like to see one?

Dog poo bags and bins are, obviously, a great idea.

However, I still see bulging poo bags hanging from fences and hedges or just dumped on the pavement!

Are there any places where you see this often - maybe we could get a list to the council and encourage them to place more bins out there?
