Yarner Trust Course on Creating a Medicinal Herb Garden

Saturday and Sunday 11 and 12 July 2009 run by Diana Lee

This course is an introduction to the herbs that are suitable for use in a medicinal herb garden in the British climate. A variety of designs will be discussed to enable you to make your own plan. The course will include a visit to a local developing medicinal herb garden.

Diana Lee has been a practising teacher for many years and specialises in working with young people who have complex learning difficulties. She has been providing workshops and talks in sustainability, local food and global issues since 2003. These she is now able to offer to any school or group on a freelance basis. At present she is running a part-time project delivering healthy living and cookery workshops to vulnerable children and their families.
Diana qualified as a medical herbalist in 2008, having been training for the past 8 years and is now tutoring some aspects of the course as well as holding clinics.
