CON MAN PHONE CALLS POLICE ALERT: This message relates to phone calls being received in theNorth Devon area from a man calling himself "Mark." He states he is calling from a phone company and that the home owner owes £49.00 for stopping nuisance phone calls. He then asks for your bank details.
