Sorry I have just joined this site and not sure what Im doing but here goes , we are hoping to move to Bideford before Dec ,and I really need some help .
Could anyone tell me if they consider there childs school good and if there children are happy etc .I have been looking on the sat results ,But I dont want to just go on league tables ,I want to make sure its also a school other parents/carers recommend .
Also I know it sounds silly but is there a particular area you would recommend to live and not recommend to live based on having an 8 year old who I want to be able to let out and play ,so ideally a local park or at least field for him to play football on ?
Ive been looking around Northam and catchment school st margarets and also looking around capern road area ,I think catchment is west croft as st marys school out of catchment ?
Just could really do with some local knowledge of area regarding parks and good school based on child liking it there.
