    A dog friendly landlord really does need his head read!
    Dogs are destructive and the landlord can kiss goodbye to his pristine paintwork and his nice clean rental property.
    That's why the adverts always say "no dogs, no children, no DSS"  These are the three categories which, as a landlord,  are the scum of tenants.

    Howardgem you really are an opinionated old blast of bottom wind!
    Many properties are let to people with animals, children and/or on benefits.
    These people keep the property in good condition and even sometimes continue to maintain the property, which is in fact the duty of the landlord.
    Just because a person is claiming benefits, have children or animals, it does not automatically make them "scum".
    There are good people and bad people in all walks of life, the only thing I believe in is that everybody deserves a chance.

    i can't believe howardgem said that i'm so glad he's not my landlord as i have pets inc. a dog and children inc. a teenager - what an a***hole.
    Glad i have my own house, with lovely paintwork and nice clean carpets :0)
