The Bideford Town Council's Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebrations committee's inaugural meeting is on Thursday 19th January 2012 at 6.30pm in Bideford Town Hall. Members of the public are welcome to present their ideas in person or in writing.

However, the public participation session is usually limited to 15 minutes in total.
So please be concise and succinct in your presentations.
