Bideford East Councillor Pauline Davies is organising a sponsored walk in order to raise money and provisions for the homeless of Torridge.
The event will take place on Saturday 24th September along the Tarka trail starting from Bideford railway station at 10am, walking to Instow, and then back again.

Councillor Davies said, “I have invited all Torridge elected Members to take part, and I hope that as well as collecting sponsorship money for their efforts we may be able to collect as much tinned food as possible, as well as things such as clothing and blankets that can be donated to local charities supporting the homeless. Winter is coming fast and items such as these will be invaluable over the coming months
