My theory here is, put the decorations up as soon as possible in December and you will not have to dust until they come down again in January.
You may feel that you have only just taken them down from last Christmas, but do you remember how long it took for Christmas to come round when you were a child?
They are excited and you should enjoy their excitement - pour yourself a beveridge, play some loud Christmas music and get those decorations up!
