    Bideford's new year's resolution should be to make better use of the Pannier Market. I know some improvements have been made this year but by putting on more events at the pannier market and encouraging people to visit it could be wonderful!

    I think that Bideford should make a resolution to become an independant town, with loads of independant shops.

    Bideford's new year's resolution should be to have more outdoor events in Victoria Park. The entertainment and talent show when we had the bike race in town was really excellent. Make more of your assets Bideford!

    I think Bideford's new year resolution should be to provide more facilities for young people. The pre-teen and teenagers of Bideford deserve more from the town.

    I agree with alx-supertram. But not just for the youngsters. I would be good if Bideford had a sports/leisure centre in the town. Not just pool/gym type stuff but combine it with entertainment like Let's Go in Barnstaple. Maybe a cinema too. Or thinking about it ... could the amazing new Bideford College provide more for the community?

    OK, SO CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE THE GROUP CALLED COVERED WAS AT THIS YEAR'S CELEBRATIONS IN BIDEORD? FOR ME, THEIR ABSENCE WAS A TOTAL LET-DOWN. EVEN DELLA DIDN.T SING PAST 10PM, WHICH IS WHEN MOST OF THE PEOPLE START ARRIVING! LAST YEAR THEY WERE BRILLIANT AND CREATED A FANTASTIC ATMOSPHERE WHICH WAS MISSING THIS YEAR, THE DISCO MUSIC WAS VERY SECOND RATE! I HOPE THIS IS NOT REFLECTED IN NEXT YEAR.S NUMBERS.
