There's still time to enter the popular Bideford Half Marathon on Sunday, March 3.
The race takes runners along a virtually taking in magnificent countryside alongside the beautiful River Torridge between Bideford and Great Torrington. The course is half on roads and half on the Tarka Trail which was formerly a railway line (you even get to run through a tunnel). This is a moderately flat run with one small hill section which is why it is known as the swift half!
