Stabbing charge

A WOMAN has appeared in court after allegedly stabbing a man in the face on his doorstep.
Donna Barratt, 37, of Bideford, was remanded in custody at North Devon Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
She is charged with grievous bodily harm and will appear before Exeter Crown Court on February 10.
The alleged attack happened at an address in Stucley Road, at around 3pm last Thursday.
A 44-year-old man was taken to North Devon District Hospital with knife injuries, but has since been discharged.
