What a load of rubbish. Three or more years ago, there was a single decked bus with the rear area for bikes (it had an extra door for bike to be loaded) What happened to that service? Then we had buses with cycle racks (folded up under a cover and was never seen used). How much subsidies have been given to the bus companies to rehash an idea already tried and failed? I guess the taxpayers and travelling public will be happy to pay again (but not the pensioners who go for free) I don't want to start about pensioners travelling for free (just the ones who abuse the privilege and go for miles) (just because they can) not the ones using it for essential travel to town for groceries
