New community website for Buckland Brewer

Buckland Brewer's new community run website is up and running.

The website promotes the parish of Buckland Brewer, has latest community news and provides

space for local clubs, societies and other organisations to keep members

and everyone else informed. There is an events calendar, parish council

information, links to local public services and much more.

The website offers the ability for readers to give their views. Most pages and

articles allow space for readers to add comments or submit an email.

As a vounteer run, the site is looking for contributions from all in the community.

Training is available so that anyone can add content directly or they can send contributions to the web team and they'll do the rest.

Funding has come from Buckland Brewer parish council, but the site operates independently and some costs will

be met through advertising by local businesses.
