But it is a 'paper cut out' tho, innit? I do like graffiti but 'artictic' graffiti, not jus th pure v****ism that tends to be th norm in a lot of towns, including poor ol Biddy! :-(

ReportIs it up by th 'Fire Station'? If so It's not even graffiti, in th true sense, but merely a paper print off, no doubt of somebody REALLY good!
