The Environment agency has warned that Dolton, Great Torrington, Bideford and Westward Ho! could be at risk from flooding following 'intense'rainfall today (thursday) and tomorrow.
The agency said the rain is expected to clear on Friday afternoon, but the ground is already very wet and rivers across Devon are likely to respond to this latest rainfall.
