Fire at Bideford ambulance station

Two fire engines from Bideford Fire Station and an officer were sent to reports of a building fire at the ambulance station on Clovelly Road at 8.24am this morning.
On arrival, the crews found a fire in the electrical cupboard. Fire fighters wore breathing apparatus and used a covering jet, a hose reel jet, and a dry powder extinguisher to put the fire out.There was minor smoke and fire damage.No-one was injured. Western Power also attended the scene.
